Challenge your staff or pit your team against your customers’ teams to take on a one day adventure race. This is aimed at all levels of skills and fitness but is a fun, adrenalin packed race designed to develop team spirit, camaraderie, leadership, strategic thinking and problem solving.
It is a challenging event which pushes everyone to their limits but is stimulating and motivational and inspirational.
The race takes place in one day and has teams of 3-5 people navigating their way across a variety of terrain and tackling problems and conundrums that halt their progress. It requires the whole team to work together ensuring that communication, delegation and leadership are core to the success.
